Every Puppy is born with an immature immune system. During the first 6 weeks, puppies rely on their mothers' milk for antibodies they need to combat health threats. Once puppies are weaned, their immune system is vulnerable to exposure to bacteria and viruses in their new homes.
Puppies fed an antioxidant supplement have exhibited a drastic increase in immune function, compared to those on a standard diet.
